scope of services
Elovapika provides naturopathic health services, which include nutritional counseling, herbal remedies, lifestyle recommendations thru consultation, online consultation and email. Please note that our services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Elovapika reserves the right to decline to provide services in cases where a client’s needs fall outside the scope of our expertise or qualifications.

Payment terms
Cancellation policy
To provide the best possible service to our customers, we kindly request that appointments be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. If sufficient notice is not provided, we may need to charge a cancellation fee. This will help minimize any negative impact of cancellations on our schedule and finances.
If you become ill and are unable to attend your appointment, we will do our best to reschedule it for a time that is convenient for both parties.
If our practitioner falls ill and is unable to provide a service that has already been paid for, we will make every effort to reschedule your appointment at a mutually convenient time. If rescheduling is not possible, we will offer you a full refund for the missed appointment.
Paymet and fees
Our prices listed on the pricing page are subject to change. Payment for services can be made in advance, in full at the time of the appointment, or as agreed upon. Elovapika reserves the right to decline or discontinue services if payment is not received according to our policies.
Force majeure and alternative services
Unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, pandemics, or other events beyond our control or yours may require the rescheduling or cancellation of appointments. In such cases, we may offer alternative services such as online consultations. Please note that we may not be able to offer a refund for a service that has already been paid for due to force majeure, but we will make every effort to reschedule the appointment at a later date.
Satisfaction guarantee
We do not provide a satisfaction guarantee for our services, as results may vary based on individual factors. However, we do offer a free initial consultation and a free follow-up session to allow new and returning clients to assess whether our services are suitable for them. While we encourage clients to discuss any concerns they may have with their therapist, we understand that this may not be feasible in all cases. As such, we strive to create a welcoming and supportive environment for all clients.
